We are happy to exchange or accept any returns within a 7 day period 1) You will be entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances: The spare you received from us was faulty.
The spare you received was genuinely damaged in transit. The spare you received was incorrect as a result of an error on our part. You have ordered the wrong part and you wish to exchange it for the correct part*. You decide, within 14 days of receipt, that you no longer want the part, for any reason.* you have ordered the wrong part and would just like to return it There is a charge for restocking. * * All returned parts must be unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
Returns will not be accepted if the part has been used, or damaged whilst being fitted to an appliance or not in original packaging.
Handling charges: We do impose a handling charge of 25% for items ordered incorrectly and not changed for the correct item. Refunds are given less the handling charge, but you will have to pay the cost of the return postage. In cases of buyer error, outgoing postage will not be refunded. in case of free post items there will be a charge to cover out going postage. Please note refunds can only be accepted with a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and your name, ID & address is included within the returned parcel.
4) Please note electrical items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances This includes circuit boards and elements.
